John M.B. O'Connor

John is CEO of J.H. Whitney Investment Management, LLC. Previously, he was Executive Partner of JPMorgan Partners and a Managing Director of JPMorgan Chase. He was responsible for all proprietary and client hedge fund and fund of funds activities of JPMorgan. Also, he was a member of the Risk Management Committee of JPMorgan Chase which is responsible for policy formulation and oversight of all Market and Credit Risk taking activities globally. He is an honors graduate of Tulane University with a B.A. in Economics and an honors graduate of Columbia Business School, M.B.A.
